
Whitter Technology are proud to have presented a key session at the recent .NET Exchange Summer Conference, held on the 16th of June 2003 at Microsoft’s UK headquarters in Reading, England. The presentation, entitled Real World .NET, was extremely well received and addressed a number of diverse areas. Topics included n-tier application development, remote debugging, windows services, transactions, DataSets, data binding, using the Windows API and external libraries, deployment, the realities of IPR protection and more! Hints and tips were included as well as details of how to avoid a number of common problems. The content drew on Whitter Technology's significant experience of developing real world n-tier applications using Visual Studio .NET and the .NET Framework, and showed at how various .NET technologies could be combined to produce production quality distributed systems.
